Debbie Wagner, MA, MFT Intern
A healthy relationship with oneself and with others makes life a rich and fulfilling experience. However, even the best relationships encounter difficulties that can challenge one’s sense of strength, stability and hope.
Facing such challenges can be scary, overwhelming, and frustrating. I believe therapy can help individuals, couples, and families manage and overcome those obstacles that interfere with healthy relationships, such as relational issues, traumas, addictions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Seeking professional help takes courage, and I will honor that courage by providing a safe and respectful environment where such issues can be addressed. Currently I work out of the Mission Valley and La Mesa offices.
My experience includes working with individuals, couples and families in the areas of:
Anger management
Anxiety
Abuse
Addictions
BiPolar Disorder
Depression/suicidal ideation
Eating disorders
Family Conflict
Grief/loss
Infidelities
Personality disorders
Same-sex attraction
Schizophrenia
Trauma
Adjustment Disorder
Mood Disorders
