Life is an exciting journey filled with constant changes and challenges. The majority of life experiences are: joyful and give us reason to be grateful. Though there are times when we feel stuck and need a helping hand to guide us back to our life path. Not all changes are welcome: some bring fear, stress and high anxiety to our life. These challenges are best faced from a place of strength, a quiet gentle strength that comes from a healthy relationship with our self and God. If our foundation of strength is crumbling, our lives can become unbearable. Therapy is the gift of personal growth that allows us to face our challenges from our own unique place of strength.

Therapy is hard work, and requires a personal commitment to your self. As a therapist I believe each person is unique and special. I work with you in your quest for your unique answers and insight. Personal growth and insight lead to a foundation of strength and the gifts of empowerment, confidence, positive change and renewed hopes and dreams. An honest relationship with self and God, provides us with a platform for improved relationships with loved ones.

As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I provide individual, couples and family therapy with a focus on the family. Our significant relationships fall somewhere on the continuum between dependency and interdependency.  The focus of therapy is to build a healthy, confident, insightful, understanding of your self. This will allow you to create healthy relationships with others. This is possible when you are clear about your own identity. My role as a therapist is to help you navigate through the process.
