G. Keith Olson, Ph.D., MFT, established Family Consultation Services in 1971 as San Diego County's first and now oldest Christian counseling center. We offer you and your family the most effective therapeutic approaches that will help you to make positive changes and improve the quality of your life. We also resource The Center for Enriching Relationships (www.EnrichingRelationships.org) a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status ministry offering professional counseling and resources to local churches.

Financial arrangements for professional services at customary fees which can sometimes be adjusted to meet special needs. Champus and private insurance are accepted, based on your plan's limitations. We also accept Mastercard and Visa.
Education and inspiration through seminars, workshops, retreats and keynote addresses designed especially for your church, school, company or association.

Statement of Faith
We believe in the authority of the Bible, Old and New testaments, as inerrant and the inspired Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20 & 21) We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (1 John 5:7; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2) We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become the children of God. (John1:12; 3:16; Romans 10:9-10; Galatians 3:26)

Family Consultation Services is non-denominational and is not affiliated with any particular church. We believe in the sanctity and authority of the local church. We are pleased to provide counseling, teaching and training that supports the ministries of local churches of a wide variety of denominations. Our desire is to serve the local church through offering our professional expertise in areas that may complement the ministry strengths of pastors, partnering with them to best serve the members of their congregations and their communities.
